One of clients from Germany needs us to help them to run small batch production for their projects. They need 80 pieces CNC aluminum prototype. But they are very strict with the tolerances, the linear distance has to be controlled at ±0.01MM. The client provided 3D files and PDF drawing which described the tolerance required. It costs us 14 Days to CNC machine 80 Pieces prototype parts and includes the finished- red anodized.
